Dr. Gayathri Sivaramakrishnan is a distinguished Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Fertility Specialist with over 20 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She has been at the forefront of advanced fertility treatment and high-risk obstetrics in Tirunelveli, having delivered the first IVF baby of Tirunelveli and successfully managed numerous complex pregnancy cases.

She leads a state-of-the-art IVF and high-risk pregnancy unit and is highly skilled in operative hysteroscopy and ultrasound-guided gynecological procedures. Dr. Gayathri has trained under renowned experts in India and abroad and has served as faculty at several national and state conferences in hysteroscopy and obstetrics.

Her dedication and excellence in women’s health have earned her multiple awards, including the Best Doctor Award from the Governor of Puducherry (2019), the IMA National Award (2024), and the IMA State Award for Excellence (2025).
